At Di Moda Hair Studio customer satisfaction is our upmost importance. We want to ensure every single client walks out the door HAPPY.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply needed a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.

  • When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 2 weeks of original appointment  date to honor the complimentary service.
  • Please note that the redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to change their mind from the original consultation.

Retail Guarantee

Di Moda Hair Studio provides a range of quality salon exclusive products. However, if there is a fault with your purchase we will always follow the NZ consumer gurantees act.

For hygine reasons returns on brushes, clips, flat irons, blow-dryers, or any appliances sale is final. Please note each tool comes with factory warranty upon purchase.

Missing, Changing and or cancelling appointments.

At Di Moda Hair Studio it is important we get 48 hours notice if you need to rescedule or cancel your appointment so that we have time to fill the gap. However we understand in extreme circumstances sometimes this isnt possiable. Missed appointments will be changeed a missed appointment fee.


For services requiring 4 or more hours please dont be offended if we ask for a small deposit to secure your booking.
