If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply needed a quick adjustment, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.
Di Moda Hair Studio provides a range of quality salon exclusive products. However, if there is a manufactuers fault with your purchase we will always follow the NZ consumer gurantees act.
For hygine reasons returns on brushes, clips, flat irons, blow-dryers, or any appliances sale is final. Please note each tool comes with factory warranty upon purchase.
At Di Moda Hair Studio it is important we get 48 hours notice if you need to rescedule or cancel your appointment so that we have time to fill the gap. However we understand in extreme circumstances sometimes this isn't possiable. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged a fee of 50% of the booked service. Please don't fear, we are human, should an illness or emergency occur we have the ability to wave this at our discression.
For online bookings and services requiring 4 or more hours please dont be offended if we ask for a deposit to secure your booking. After a spate of online booking spam we now need to charge a deposit to secure online bookings. This is charged at 50% of the booked service.
