At Di Moda Hair Studio, we want every guest to feel comfortable and relaxed in our private space. These guidelines are here to help create the best experience for everyone.

Salon Etiquette

Respecting the space
Di Moda is a small, private studio. For many of our guests, this is their only time to truly switch off. We ask that you respect this calm environment so everyone can enjoy their visit.

Parking
Parking is available right beside the studio. Please pull off the concrete driveway onto the gravel car park, and leave enough room for another car to park alongside yours.

Arriving for a colour service
For best results, please arrive with clean, dry hair — ideally shampooed within the last 24 hours. Avoid using grey-coverage sprays, as these can interfere with colour. If we need to remove them with a shampoo and blow dry, it may reduce your appointment time and may also cut into the next client’s booking, which could incur an additional charge.

Make yourself at home
We want you to feel completely comfortable — the treat jar is always there to enjoy, so please help yourself!

Bring photos
Inspiration photos are always welcome. They’re one of the best ways to show us your vision, and we’ll guide you on how we can (or can’t) achieve it while keeping your hair healthy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely happy with your service, please let us know within one week. We are happy to make any adjustments at no extra cost, provided the request relates to the original consultation. Changes of mind after the service are not covered under this guarantee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations, late reschedules, or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
We understand that unexpected events can happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Deposits & Booking Security

Appointments of four hours or more, or certain specialised services, may require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
All online bookings also require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
