Refund & Returns Policy – Di Moda Hair Studio
We want you to love your purchase from Di Moda Hair Studio. If there’s ever a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to guide you.
Faulty or Damaged Items (7 Days)
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@dimoda.co.nz. Wherever possible, we will provide a replacement for the same item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Exclusions for Hygiene Reasons
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used hair products
- Wigs, hairpieces, or any wig-related accessories
- Hair brushes or combs
- Styling tools (e.g., straighteners, curlers, hairdryers)
- Makeup and cosmetics
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Request a Return
- Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Wait for our confirmation before sending your item back.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if a suitable replacement cannot be provided. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
