Shipping Policy – Di Moda Hair Studio
We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping information before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Urban addresses: Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Rural addresses: Allow an additional 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
- Urban: $7.50 NZD
- Rural: $12.50 NZD
We recommend selecting the correct delivery type at checkout. Incorrect selection may result in delays.
5. Packaging and Handling
All orders are packaged carefully to protect your items during transit. Our shipping rates include a small contribution towards packaging and handling costs.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can lodge a claim with the courier. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
